Shinglehall Statesman, or Freddie as he is more commonly known at home, should mature around 16.1hh. He has big floating paces, correct conformation and the most wonderful temperament.
Awarded First Premium in the Eventing category when presented as both a yearling and a two year old at the BEF Futurity Young Horse Evaluations, of which we are very proud. Judges comments include 'nice impression' for his Frame and Build, 'big length of stride' for his walk, 'good elastic trot', shows 'good potential for dressage' with an Attitude that's 'cool and sensible'.
Freddie was backed in the Autumn of 2011 and has been brought on slowly. Currently hacking out either in company or alone interspersed with some school work and popping the odd little fence which he takes all in his stride. More serious work will commence in the Spring 2012.
Huge potential to excel as a top class sports horse and in our opinion would make a super eventer.
